Vi är väldigt måna om att våra kunder ska vara nöjda med produkterna vi tillhandahåller och av den anledningen tar vi till oss av de kommentarer vi får från våra kunder. Skulle det vara så att någon kund är missnöjd med vår produkt eller hur den har levererats, uppmanar vi våra kunder att höra av sig till oss. Då kan vi förhoppningsvis hitta en lösning så att vi får nöjda kunder.
Om våra appar
Våra appar är gjorda för barn och är utvecklade av föräldrar. För att föräldrar ska känna sig säkra att barnet inte luras att köpa något eller blir länkad till någon hemsida, så kommer inte våra appar ha några köp inuti appen, någon reklam eller länkar som startar något annat program såsom Safari, Facebook eller Instagram.Istället har vi valt att hänvisa till våra Facebook- och Instagram-konton, men inte länka till dem. Det kommer inte heller att samlas in någon personlig information från någon användare av appen. Med dessa försiktighetsåtgärder behöver föräldrar aldrig vara oroliga när deras barn använder någon av Lillas appar.Från vår hemsida finns det en möjlighet att beställa namntavlor och personliga böcker och är man intresserad av detta, så behöver vi kontaktinformation om beställaren samt information om vart den inbundna boken ska skickas.
Our policy with our own words
For us it is important that our customers are satisfied with the products that we provide and for that reason we read every comment that our customers write to us. If a customer feels disappointed with a product or how it has been delivered, then we urge that customer to contact us. Hopefully we will in those cases find a solution that ends up with satisfied customers.
About our apps
These apps are made for children and is developed by parents. In order for parents to feel secure that the child will not be tricked into buying anything or being linked to any web sites, our apps will not have ”In App Purchases”, Advertising or any links that will start any other programs like Safari, Facebook or Instagram. Instead we have chosen to refer to our Facebook and Instagram accounts, but not link to them. No personal information will be gathered from the users of the app. With these precautions parents never have to worry when their child is using one of Little Ones apps.
From our swedish web page it is possible to order portraits and books. In order for us to send the physical products we will need some information, for example contact information and a shipping address.
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
We do not collect information from visitors of our mobile apps.
We only collect personal information if the visitors themselves provide us with their information, should they want to order a portrait or a hard-cover copy of any of the Little One’s Stories/Lillas Egna Sagor from our website.
How do we protect visitor information?
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
